You can make the smoothie as thick or thin as you like, just add less or more plant based milk. I like to make it thicker and serve it with a delicious crunchy granola.
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 cup plant milk
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
